After her stay in Dover [1991] Ross Revenge arrived on the River Blackwater during October 1993 and remained moored off Bradwell, Essex until August 1995. During this time time supporters were able to visit the ship and the 1994 RSL Broadcast from the Ross Revenge saw legendary Radio Caroline DJ, Johnnie Walker, back in the chair.

Following her brief stay on the Blackwater, and prior to what turned out to be a considerable period moored at Tilbury, Ross Revenge visited many areas including ; Docklands | Clacton On Sea | Queenborough | Chatham | Southend | Rochester
