PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
MV Ross Revenge (Home of Radio Caroline) Fundraiser Prize Draws
1) By entering our prize draws you are agreeing to the following prize draw Terms and Conditions.
2) The prize draws we are offering are being run by MV Ross Revenge (Home of Radio Caroline), a Charitable Incorporated Organisation - [ Registered with The Charity Commission for England & Wales - Registration No 1195589 ] (‘MV Ross Revenge’ ‘we’/ ‘us’) of Beeleigh, Maldon, Essex, CM9 6LL
Eligibility To Enter
3) Our prize draws are open to entrants over 18 years of age only, with the following exceptions:
a) Staff and related persons of MV Ross Revenge (Home of Radio Caroline)
4) By entering our prize draws you confirm that you are eligible to do so, and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5) The number of entries allowed per person are unlimited, based upon;
a) A donation of £10 will secure 1 entry into the draw the participant has entered.
b) A donation of £25 will secure 4 entries into the draw the participant has entered.
c) A donation of £50 will secure 10 entries into the draw the participant has entered.
6) Our prize draws are also free to enter. Please see below free entry terms and conditions;
Postal entrants may enter the promotion:
a) by mailing their full name and a contact telephone number (including area code if providing a landline number) or other method of contact (as applicable), to the following postal address:

b) by sending an entry within an envelope. Entries received other than in an envelope will not be accepted.
c) In the case of multiple entries received in a single envelope, only one entry will be entered into the draw.
Entries sent by post;
i) must be received at the relevant postal address specified for entries by the end of the Entry Period as specified in Clause 7.
ii) Entries which have not been given the correct and sufficient payment for postage will be invalid and will not be considered.
iii) Personal and hand delivered entries will not be accepted.
How To Enter
7) The prize draws open at 10AM on 7th April 2023 and close at 10AM on 28th April 2023. Late entries will not be accepted.

9) We are unable to accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate - or for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit.

THE LIGHTNING SEEDS
The momentous outdoor summer show will be a special finale to their 2023 The Who Hits Back! UK tour, and is part of the first extensive live music events to be held at the Royal Sandringham Estate, presented by Heritage Live. Special guests for the event will be Richard Ashcroft, and The Lightning Seeds.
Pete Townshend, Roger Daltrey and band will perform music from throughout the band’s nearly 60-year career, including sections devoted to classic albums Tommy and Quadrophenia as well as other beloved Who tracks and songs from their 2019 WHO album, their first studio release in 13 years.
This will be the only show on their 2023 tour which will see The Who perform alongside the iconic Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra. We have 1 pair of tickets for the lucky winner of our prize draw for what will no doubt be a sold out, and memorable, evening. CAROLINE NORTH WEEKEND
This is a unique opportunity for one person to spend a weekend on board Ross Revenge with the presenters and crew during a Radio Caroline North live broadcast from the Blackwater Estuary
The prize is for one person to spend two nights staying on board Ross Revenge in a private crew cabin. The winner will experience the atmosphere of a live broadcast first hand and be part of the weekend team. All meals and refreshments provided.
The winner will go out to the ship on the Friday evening of the broadcast weekend from Bradwell Marina on our tender with the crew and return to Bradwell Marina after the 9 pm closedown show on Sunday night.
11) The winners of our prize draws will be selected at random during the Caroline North broadcast, live from Ross Revenge, on Sunday 7th May at 8PM. Winning numbers will be chosen using Google's random number generator which can be viewed via a Facebook Live feed from Studio 2 onboard the ship. For those that don't participate on Facebook, winners will be made public on Radio Caroline, and a YouTube recording of the event will be made available here on this website on Monday 8th May.
12) Our prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
13) We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
16) The decision of MV Ross Revenge (Home of Radio Caroline) regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
17) Winners will be notified after 7th May 2023 by the email provided in the prize draw form / Crowdfunder online prize draw donation.
18) We will attempt to contact winners by email, and on the phone number that they have provided, up to three times. If contact is not made we reserve the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Claiming The Prizes
19) Arrangements for delivery will be made between MV Ross Revenge (Home of Radio Caroline) and the selected winners via telephone and/or email
20) If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, they will lose their right to the prize. In respect of the Caroline North Weekend prize - a suitable date will be agreed with the winner and the Caroline North team.
21) If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed their prize within the required time limit, we reserve the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Data Protection & Publicity
22) You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by us for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
23) Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
All personal information shall be used in accordance with our Data Protection and Privacy Policies
Limitation of Liability
24) We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draws or being selected for a prize.
General
25) We reserve the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
27) The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
